Where does Not Pot ship?

Domestic only: We’re here for (and legal in!) all 50 states.

When will my order ship?

Easy! Place your order online, and we’ll start processing on the same business day (the next if your order comes in after 9AM EST). After 1-2 days time, your order is handed off to a carrier, and on its way to you! You’ll receive timely shipment notifications and a tracking number via email until your Not Pot has not-not arrived.

Help! I'm having problems with the tracking.

Oof! Hang on for another day or two—sometimes carriers can be delayed to register shipments. Still no luck? Send us an email right away at hello@notpot.com, and we’ll figure it out together.

What’s your return policy?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your first Not Pot order, simply chat with us or email hello@notpot.com and we’ll refund your money, no questions asked and no return required.
